Sales Conference HIGHLIGHTS

January 26-27, 2018. Club Las Brisas in Ternate, Cavite. On these days and place, most of the Sales personnel of Team Rayomar will gather once again for their first of two Sales Conferences this year. So far, this particular sales conference has proven to be the most relaxed, smooth-flowing, and best managed. This is mainly because of the fewer number of participants – allowing the activities to be confined to one location, and to be finished on target times. Discussions and written exercises were also within time limits given.

In all, there were 10 subsidiaries who participated, sending a total of a manageable 28 sales personnel, a good mixture of GMs, Sales Managers, Sales Supervisors, Operations people, and Account Executives. The theme for the conference was: Maintaining a Complete and Strong Sales Organization Thru Innovation and Effective Communication.

The ambience created was felt to be more conducive to learning and sharing, giving the speakers and participants more meaningful presentations and interactions. There was no hurry and no stress the whole duration of the one and a half day event.

The conference, on its first day, was graced by the presence of STPI’s GM, Mr. Azlan Nasir who shared his thoughts on their winning the 2017 Management Excellence award for Best in Sales & Marketing, besting the rest of RMI’s subsidiaries in this category. Next to share was CCG who presented the 7 Sales Organization Models for Organizational Structures that aims to inform the participants on the various classifications of sales organizations. But before all of these presentations, some Sales Managers were requested to present their sales structures – both present and ideal future.

The second day started with presentations right away. The first one, handled by Brian Po, showcased Innovation and Why It Is Essential in everyone’s work. The second and final topic was presented by Ferdie Espeleta who shared Why Customer Service is Critical to Businesses. Everyone believes there is no better time than now to be aware of the importance of both.

Overall, the conference was a great success of fun and learning!
