TRAINING & CONFERENCE CENTER

The official venue for off-site meetings and corporate events of Rayomar companies, the Training and Conference Center is also available to Casa Las Brisas guests. The air-conditioned room can accommodate 40 to 50 attendees comfortably and together with the property’s exclusive and quiet location, makes for an atmosphere conducive for learning and idea exchange. It has:

    • Conference tables and comfortable chairs
    • LCD projector with white screen
    • Basic microphone and sound system
    • Pantry for meeting refreshments
    • Men’s and Women’s restrooms
    • Two A/C Bedrooms for trainers, or facilitators
    • Foyer or balcony

BEACH

A five-minute downhill stroll along a forest-lined path leads to a quiet beach where there are huts that guests can use. From here, fishing trips or boat trips to other beaches may be arranged with local boatmen upon prior request.

SWIMMING POOL, GAZEBO, & GARDENS

One of the main features of Casa Las Brisas is its private swimming pool. With a large area for adults and a smaller portion for children, it is the center of the many gatherings that have been held here. Cozy seating areas, including native cabanas, and greenery surround the pool.

There is also an airy recreation gazebo where guests may have their parties or other activities, and an outdoor barbecue grill is also available for guest use.
